Archery
St. John’s Prep participated in the Chisipite Archery competition.
St. John’s Prep won the junior division.
Top junior student was Ivan He (287 points)
Runner up Reilly Masterson (283 points)
Well done to the boys on a great morning shooting.
Soccer
Our 1st Team Soccer took part in the Gateway coaches festival on Saturday. The results were as follows:
Vs Hartmann House lost 0-2
Vs Alex Park won 3-0
Vs Gateway drew 0-0
Vs Twin Rivers lost 0-1
Vs Avonlea lost 0-1
Well done to the boys!
Chess
Our A team played against The Grange winning convincingly 8-2.
16 boys went to the Chess Tournament at St. John’s College on Sunday 19th May. We were the only junior school team in the tournament. We came 7th out of 13 schools.
The A team beat the College Junior A team.
The boys had a great experience.
