Hockey

Our 1st Team were once again privileged to go on tour to Durban. The boys did extremely well, especially winning against big, strong, older opposition. The results were as follows:

 

Clifton Festival:

Normal Fixtures:

Vs Crawford La Lucia                        lost 1-3

Overall, we won 5, lost 5 & drew 1 game.

 

The boys were fine ambassadors of the school and they flew the St John’s flag on and off the field.

 

 

Cricket

Our 1st, 3rd, Colts A and Colts B all played against Hellenic last week in our first fixture of the season. The boys did really well only losing one of the matches. The results were:

Well done to Sam Blinston and Kyle Heyns who participated in Southern Africa Christian Schools Sports Association (SACSSA) Invitational Athletics.

Sam came 3rd in the 100m race & 2nd in the 150m race.

Kyle came 1st in the 1200m race.
